By submitting this application to New Tripoli Bank, the applicant(s) authorize the Bank to make whatever credit inquires it deems necessary in connection with this new deposit account application. The applicant(s) authorize and instruct any person or consumer reporting agency to compile and furnish to New Tripoli Bank any information it may have or obtain in response to such credit inquiries. Please mail a check payable to New Tripoli Bank, if applicable, to us for the amount of your deposit. Third party checks, credit card convenience checks and personal money orders are not acceptable forms of payment. Interest rates are subject to change at any time. CD rates are guaranteed when the funds are received by the Bank within 7 calendar days of this application. If the funds for CDs are not received within 7 calendar days, the CD will earn the rate in effect at the time funds are received. Interest on CDs will be credited to your account annually and at maturity (interest add-on). Additional interest crediting methods are available upon request.
