Loan Questions

  1. Include a hyperlink here to the section on the website that addresses this for each loan type. Did we put the specifics of the mortgage loan process there (what’s on the back of the business cards?

  2. Absolutely! Set up your loan payment as a Transfer, not a bill pay. Click on the Transfer Funds tab in online banking and you can transfer from an account to your loan account number. There is a limit of $100,000 and, again, no fees!

  3. Customers can view 12 months’ of statement history online. If you need a statement beyond that time frame, please call your loan officer at 888-298-8821.

  4. Yes, you can; this functionality is built right into our online banking platform. Simply transfer funds from your line of credit into your checking account.
